Credits

Sellers buy credits (CR) to run the AI wizard and to publish or renew listings. Prices are shown on the Buy Credits page before you pay.

Credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once spent. Requests to refund unused credits are handled case by case via support@artsdistrictusa.com.

Listing durations and renewal

A listing runs for the number of days you choose: 1 CR for up to 21 days, 2 CR for up to 60 days.

You can renew a listing at any time with the same rules. If you withdraw a listing early, no credits are returned.

Sales between seller and buyer

Sales on ResellGallery are made directly between the seller and the buyer. ResellGallery provides the marketplace and is not a party to the sale contract.

Shipping, pick-up and forwarders

Sellers set a shipping price (or free shipping). Buyers may instead pick up the artwork or use their own freight forwarder; in that case shipping is removed at checkout. Buyer and seller arrange the hand-over between themselves.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must own the artwork, describe it accurately (including condition, size and signature), and ship or hand it over promptly after payment.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must pay for won auctions, accepted offers and Buy Now purchases, and inspect the artwork on receipt.

Certificates of authenticity

Every original should be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Sellers may upload their own. Certificates generated with ARTY AI are based on the information the seller provides.

AI-generated drafts

The AI wizard drafts titles, descriptions, categories and price suggestions. The seller must review and approve everything before publishing and is responsible for the published content.
